Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Oasis Regen PC ("Oasis Regenerative Medicine," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on oasisregen.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the Site work, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the Site is used. Related technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and tags work alongside cookies to collect this information. In this Policy, we refer to all of these together as "cookies."
2. Your choices come first
We do not require you to accept cookies before using the Site. Analytics and advertising measurement are active by default, and you may opt out at any time using any of the methods in Section 6. We honor those choices automatically — you do not need to contact us or wait for a response.
3. How we use cookies
We group the cookies on our Site into the following categories:
-
Essential — required for the Site to function, including core features, security, and remembering your privacy choices. These are always active and cannot be switched off.
-
Functional — enable features and embedded content, such as our location map.
-
Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
-
Advertising measurement — help us understand which advertising leads people to contact us.
4. Cookies and technologies we use
The Site uses the following services, which may set cookies or use similar technologies:
-
Wix (Wix CMS): Essential. Operates and secures the Site and delivers its core content and features. Also stores your "Do Not Sell" choice.
-
Google Maps: Functional. Displays the embedded map showing our clinic location.
-
Google Analytics (GA4): Analytics. Measures how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it. Google Signals and Google Analytics Advertising Features are disabled on our property, and Analytics data is not used for advertising personalization.
-
Google Ads / Google tag: Advertising measurement. Records that an inquiry was submitted so we can understand which advertising is effective. This tag loads only on the confirmation page shown after you submit an inquiry form. It does not load anywhere else on the Site.
-
Meta Pixel: Advertising measurement. Measures the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. See Section 5 for the limits we place on it. We do not use the Meta Conversions API.
Our own cookies. We set a small number of first-party cookies, all beginning with oasis_, to remember which advertisement or search brought you to the Site so we can measure which marketing is effective. These include oasis_gclid, oasis_fbclid, and oasis_utm_source and similar. They contain no personal or health information — only an anonymous advertising click identifier — and they are not set at all if you have opted out.
5. Pages about conditions and treatments
We place deliberate limits on tracking where health information could be inferred.
Advertising and social media technologies do not report your visit to pages describing a specific condition or treatment. On those pages the Meta Pixel is present only to maintain advertising attribution, and it reports no page view or event. The Google Ads tag does not load on those pages at all.
Advertising conversion tracking operates only on a generic confirmation page after you submit an inquiry form. That page's address does not identify the condition or service you inquired about, and the address of the page you came from is not transmitted.
Google Analytics does record which pages are viewed, including condition pages, in order to measure Site usage. This data is not shared with advertising platforms, is not used for advertising personalization, and is not linked to your identity.
6. How to control cookies
You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies at any time, by any of these methods:
-
Click "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" in the footer of any page. This takes effect immediately. Advertising and analytics technologies are disabled and no advertising or social media pixel will load. Your choice is stored on the device and browser you used, so you will need to repeat it on other devices. -
Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or browser extension. We detect and honor this signal automatically on every visit, with no action needed from you.
-
Use your browser settings to delete existing cookies or block new ones. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
-
Email us at info@oasislv.org with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will respond within 60 days.
Essential cookies cannot be switched off, because the Site cannot function without them.
7. Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to it, the Site does not respond to Do Not Track.
We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and analytics and advertising technologies are disabled for your visit automatically.
8. Health information
Information you provide through our inquiry forms, including areas of the body you are interested in having treated, your treatment goals, and treatments you have previously tried, is never placed in a cookie, transmitted to an advertising platform, or shared with a social media platform.
If you are a patient, health information we create or receive in the course of your care is protected health information under HIPAA and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised, and changes take effect when posted on this page.
