What happens at your consultation

Your consultation is one hour with Dr. Kiok, and includes:

• A comprehensive medical interview, including your full injury history and any contributing conditions that could affect how your body responds to treatment.

• A complete physical examination.

• A musculoskeletal ultrasound, performed in-office, so we can see what's actually happening in real time.

You leave that appointment with a diagnosis and a treatment plan, not a referral or “let’s follow up in six weeks.”

The consultation fee is $500.

We'll tell you if it's not the right fit

PRP and regenerative medicine aren't the right answer for everyone. Dr. Kiok will tell you honestly whether your injury and medical profile make you a good candidate. If they don't, he'll tell you that, too.

You're not here to be sold a treatment. You're here to get an informed opinion from a physician who has personal experience with injury, recovery, and what it takes to actually get back to doing what you love.

If it's not the right path for you, you'll know that when you leave. If it is, you'll have a plan.

Why we don't accept insurance

This one surprises people, but it's intentional.

Insurance companies are businesses. Their model depends on managing costs, which means the care you receive is often shaped by what's covered, not what's best for you. Referral chains, approved treatments, coverage limits — none of that has anything to do with your actual injury.

​

At Oasis, Dr. Kiok makes the clinical decisions, not a coverage desk. That's only possible outside the insurance system, and it's exactly why we built it this way.
